Being an Arizona Site Steward I hike in rugged terrain. Often a round trip can be 20 plus miles. Under those conditions carrying a full stick is just not practical. That is why this one is just FANTASTIC!

I purchased the Traveler's stick in July 2012 and take it whenever I go hiking and geocaching. I was even able to pack it in my luggage and fly with it from Chicago to California for a Yosemite/Redwoods trip. Recently, the center joint split while I was using it to root through some brush while geocaching. When I enquired about purchasing replacement parts, the folks at Brazos offered to cover the replacement because they recently upgraded their design. All communication with them was prompt and professional. So glad that some companies still stand by their labor (and it's made in the USA too)! Thanks for a great product with great customer service.

Gave this and a leather case as a gift to a retiring co-worker who goes on walking trips. She loved it. Great quality and service.
