could be better with simple modification

The nylon case is made well. The material is heavy material and is a great way to store or transport the trekking staff. If the nylon carrying case came with a shoulder strap or at least a D-ring on either end to attach to a pack, I would have given it 5'stars

    Beautifully made case

Well made, nicely finished and perfectly fitted case. I agree with the other reviewer who wanted a strap - or at least some "D" rings to attach a strap.

Nylon carry case was excellent ...

Nylon carry case was excellent, but had no strap attached to be able to carry it over one's shoulder to the location for the hike/walk.

    Really sturdy!

I had not read the reviews of this first and expected a thin, flimsy case. This is top notch!

Incredible case! I've seen quite a few and this one tops the cake. Strong, high-quality, and very well designed. I love it.

    good lighter weight case

This is a very handy case for my travelers walking stick. Two things I wish it had: a loop so it can be hooked to a day pack and a small sleeve inside to hold an ID card. I may take it to my shoe repair shop to see about adding a loop. As for the id slot, I'll probably just tape info inside the flap. My third wish is that the case came in some bright colors. I know black doesn't show the dirt but it also blends too well on surfaces like the inside of my suitcase or the floor of my car.
