Couple that strength with hickory's innate beauty -- accented with our distinctive twist -- and the result is a wildly popular walking stick that is able to withstand even the most rigorous hiking treks.

From the time we receive the carefully chosen raw hickory in our central Texas location, we take every step necessary to ensure a final product that lives up to our precise standard of quality. Each staff is carefully selected, sanded, and then sprayed with a protective clear coat lacquer finish, resulting in a unique, practical, highly attractive walking staff.

The Twisted Hickory Walking Stick comes in one of four sizes: 41-inches (primarily a "child's size"), 48-inches, 55-inches, and 58-inches. The staff also comes with a standard rubber ferrule for a firm, secure grip on virtually any surface. For serious hiking, the rubber ferrule can also be upgraded to a spike ferrule or combination spike ferrule per your choice (for more information on spikes click here).

Being a 68 year old guy with chronic lower back pain, I've found what the Indians have said is true. Three legs are better than two. Sturdy, handsome, durable (Hickory better be) and easy to use. Wish it were just a bit wider-maybe 1 1/4", but I'm pleased as is. Thank you for the prompt shipping and exceptional shipping time and packing! You're the best!

I feel almost like it's my friend already! My arms now are getting exercise as well, and there is less strain on my back on the hills. It's a beautiful piece of hickory too! Imagine that--a product made of natural components--love it!

Received my walking stick very quickly. It is beautiful. I am 47 year old chronic pain patient, and I had sprained my ankle about a week before I ordered this. I am 6'3" tall, so the cane that they gave me at the Urgent Care, even fully extended was difficult to use. Because of my multiple disabilities, I am sure that I will use it even after my ankle is healed anytime I plan on doing a lot of walking. Best investment I have made in a long time.

I use it daily on a rough trail. 3 legs is better than 2. It is beautiful. I'm a 90 yr old woman and wish it were not so heavy. But is serves better than a cane.
