Two FitnessWalkers are desirable for a full-body workout experience.

Since FitnessWalkers are designed to be held near the top, our recommended sizing guidelines for these sticks is different from the sizing recommendations for our other hiking and walking staffs.

Short children and adults: 41 or 48 inches

Adults under 5'11 inches: 48 or 55 inches

Adults over 5'11 inches: 58 inches

I have an EXTREMELY bad back...not a single good disc in my spine, 2 back surgeries and looking at a 3rd very soon. My chiropractor recommended that I use a walking stick instead of a cane because of my height. He said that it would allow me to walk more upright. The quality on this stick was great and it is helping already with my back pain. The ergonomic handle allows proper alignment of my wrist as I walk, reducing stress on my wrist. I will by from Brazos again for sure.
My husband and I both own two. He has the freeform hickory and I the hickory fitness walker. LOVE. I purchased this product for my parent's 60th anniversary because they expressed interest in ours.

I could not had picked a better walking stick. Thanks to Eric who had help resolve an issue from previous order. He was able to resolve issues swiftly and made the proper amelioration to the cane I now have. I am mighty proud of it and the walking stick stands out well and also has received kudos from people but more so from da mujeres.

Brazos Walking Sticks,

My stick arrived today and.... wow! It's perfect!

It's beautiful. Made in America with pride, and it shows. It's going to get a workout this year thru hiking the Appalachian Trail. I'm confident it will support me the whole way through thick and thin.
